ON DEMAND PASSWORD
Our password changes 3 times a year. If you try to login and get a message that “showcase is private,” then you need the new password. To find the current password, open your FLK Method app and then:
On the bottom menu bar, klick “Video.”
In the videos tab, klick the ASK SIMONE video to see the password.

Recipe: My Cherry Amore Smoothie
All you have to do is add ingredients to your blender and blend.
Ingredients
1 shot of espresso (reg or decaf)
1 small handful frozen cherries
1/2 banana (or a whole one if you want it a little sweeter)
1 scoop collagen
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup of frozen spinach or kale
Add vanilla unsweetened almond milk to desire thickness
How to Play:
