ON DEMAND PASSWORD

Our password changes 3 times a year. If you try to login and get a message that “showcase is private,” then you need the new password. To find the current password, open your FLK Method app and then:

  1. On the bottom menu bar, klick “Video.”

  2. In the videos tab, klick the ASK SIMONE video to see the password.

  3. If this fails, email us at flkmethod@gmail.com.

Recipe: My Cherry Amore Smoothie

All you have to do is add ingredients to your blender and blend.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot of espresso (reg or decaf)

  • 1 small handful frozen cherries

  • 1/2 banana (or a whole one if you want it a little sweeter)

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup of frozen spinach or kale

  • Add vanilla unsweetened almond milk to desire thickness

How to Play:
