Some people were making bread, I was making cookbooks. Get ALL 3 PLUS a bonus sheet of meals I eat in a day and a couple of my favorite recipes. Enjoy these recipes that are SO good you can eat them everyday. Once you purchase, printable formats will be emailed to you.
🍉 Watermelon Mint Smoothie for Hydration
Ingredients:
2 cups (300 g)
chopped seedless watermelon1 cup (130 g) chopped cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
3 large leaves fresh mint
Instructions:
At least an hour prior to making, place the chopped watermelon and cucumber in a sealed container and transfer to the freezer. Alternatively, you can skip this step and add ice cubes to the blender.
In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber and mint. Add a spash of filtered water then blend. Add just a splash of water at a time as needed to help the ingredients blend together. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy!
