To enter the new monthly accountability giveaway, submit a photo of your tracker showing 16 klasses or more by the first of the next month. For example, submit your May tracker by June 1st.

Our password changes 3 times a year. If you try to login and get a message that
“showcase is private,” then you need the new password.
To find the current password, open your FLK Method app and then:
On the bottom menu bar, klick “Video.”
In the videos tab, klick the ASK SIMONE video to see the password.

1.5 frozen banana
1 tbsp of cacao nibs
1.5 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
BLEND and ENJOY!
Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of cacao nibs on top.
