KREW FAQs

  • In the FLK Method app, klick Video on the bottom, then klick the ASK SIMONE video to see the most up-to-date password.


  • In the FLK Method app, klick Book on the bottom, review the klass schedule for the next 7 days, then klick on the klass(es) you want to take and klick Book or Book Multiple (for a recurring klass).

  • In the FLK Method app, you’ll see Upcoming Booking and the list of klasses you are registered for. Choose the klass reservation you want to kancel and klick Cancel. Confirm your choice by clicking Cancel Booking and you’re done!

  • In the FLK Method app, under your Profile tab and then under the Schedule tab, scroll down to your Previous klasses and there is a button with the option to Rate and Review. There you can pick a number out of 5 stars and leave a written review as well. We absolutely encourage reviews and we love and value your feedback!

  • You can now leave reviews on GOOGLE, YELP, The APP Store, or within the FLK Method APP itself.

  • Email flkmethod@gmail.com and we will assist you with this.

    We want you to be happy and healthy. Not stressed. Have peace of mind knowing you can make changes to your membership anytime. You can cancel anytime and rejoin anytime! Once you notify us of cancellation, we will cancel your payment schedule from that date and moving forward. There are no refunds on membership fees, so make sure to cancel before your monthly payment goes through. We ask that you please just let us know the reason. To cancel your membership, email flkmethod@gmail.com.
